*The free membership upgrade is applicable until the Get Support Together platform enrolls 1,000 mental health providers.  When that goal is reached you will receive an email with 30 days notice to decide to keep or change your current membership level.  A credit card is required at time of confirmation but will not be charged until membership fees commence.  To receive your free upgrade, you must enter the discount code GST-TP-2026.  Credits for orders placed without using the discount code will be used to extend your free membership; credit card refunds will not be issued.
