GET MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Welcome to Get Support Together, a mental health resource directory designed to connect you with the full spectrum of care — from grief support groups to youth empowerment programs to psychiatric crisis resources. Our goal is to meet you where you are by helping you find therapeutic options, mental health programming, resource centers, respite care, and more — in your own community.

Our Mission

To respond to the mental health crisis of our time with action, compassion, and clarity.  Get Support Together will create and maintain a living, inclusive, and ever-growing directory that connects people to the right care - whether it is community programs, therapy, psychiatry, support groups, or crisis resources.  We are here to empower individuals to make informed choices, reduce barriers to access, and bring hope back into the process of healing.

Our Purpose

To stand for humanity in the face of a mental health epidemic.

To transform confusion into clarity, isolation into community, and despair into possibility.

To remind every person searching for mental health help that they are not alone—and that the right support can be found.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every person—regardless of age, background, or income—can open one trusted directory and instantly find the mental health support they need. Where seeking help feels safe, simple, and stigma-free. Where options are transparent, communities are connected, and care is available before crisis becomes the only option.  A place for peace.

We exist because getting mental health care shouldn’t be this hard.

Too many people are lost in waitlists, referrals, or crisis rooms when what they need is access, options, and dignity. Get Support Together was built to close that gap.
