Why Upgrade Your Membership
Collaborative living communities can upgrade to one of two membership levels for enhanced visibility, credibility, and connection on Get Support Together. Upgraded memberships unlock tools to help you grow awareness of your offering and make a greater community or national impact.
With your upgraded plan, you can:

- Identify your communities served whether residents are in recovery, neurodiverse, those with intellectual disabilities, or even those transitioning from shelters to stable housing.

- Clarify expectations by including requirements for work, volunteer, or other requirements for residents.
- Showcase your environment with photos, amenities, and details about the supportive programs that set your community apart.

*The free membership upgrade is applicable until the Get Support Together platform enrolls 5,000 mental health providers. When that goal is reached you will receive an email with 30 days notice to decide to keep or change your current membership level.
