Get Support Together is Launching May 1, 2025 for National Mental Health Awareness Month

All the Data You See Here Now is for Testing Only. Actual Providers will Show as Testing is Completed.

Welcome to the pre-launch of Get Support Together, a mental health resource directory that will provide access to the full spectrum of mental health providers and programs from therapists and psychiatrists to treatment centers, support facilities, recreational activities, and all types of support programs.  Our unique website will provide information and access to hundreds of types of mental health services in your community and beyond.  We want to empower users to choose the mental health support they want to learn more about or consider for their own treatment.

This passion project has been 20 years in the making based on rocky mental health journeys for myself and dearly loved ones and the continued frustrating thought, "Why is getting well so hard?"  I learned there are only a few paths to getting mental health care:

  • Take a gamble with an unknown provider and hope their skills match your needs.
  • Get a referral from someone else whose needs were met, but doesn't mean yours will be.
  • Be taken to a psychiatric emergency room, hospital, or residential treatment center for a crisis due to lack of access to appropriate care.
  • Celebrate progress but no understanding of what can come next to help maintain the good vibes.
  • Self-diagnosis and analysis paralysis in trying to solve your own mental health struggles by visiting dozens of websites.

Get Support Together intends on changing these options by empowering those in search of mental health support to weigh all their options and make the choice that's the next right step.

Please help us spread the word by following and sharing our social channels (Facebook and Instagram).  It is through word-of-mouth we intend on creating an environment where prospective clients can choose mental health offerings based on the providers credentials, experience, and persona.

Get Knowledge

Connecting individuals with the most appropriate mental health care is the primary goal of Get Support Together.  Another is creating a community where you can gain knowledge about recognized mental health conditions and treatment methods (known as "modalities").

You can expect to have access to treatment types, finding a specialist, and questions answered for each mental health diagnosis. Below is an example of the interactions you can expect once the site is fully developed.
